Dear Sir

I Mr. Samson Pillai working for Jaslok hospital, had purchased Godrej Microwave oven of 30 liters from Kalyan Vijay Sales in the month of October 9th with 3 years warranty. Suddenly it stopped working on November 10th. I called the service guy from the Godrej company. He said Guarantee is only for 1year and for touching the product he will charge Rs. 350/- and Rs. 1600/- for any part.

I have all LG products in my house and there has been no problem till date.

This is the first time that I have purchased a Godrej product.

I request you repair it or exchange without charging me for the same.

Kindly do the needful.
