Just after the expiry of the warranty of my refrigerator i received a cal from godrej team member that you can enhance the warranty of your appliance by paying 2800 through AMC and such such things regarding spare parts will be coverd in 36 months duration.by gods grace in next 12 months period everything was fine but when my refrigerator was not working properly i alled up customer care on 22nd dec 09 complaint no 279593 i was told that our executive will reach u within 48 hours and get the things repaired but as on date 13th jan 10 no one has turned up after my repeated request.i think godrej company is one of the worst company to buy home appliance.
