Quick Rusting Problem

I have a Godrej Pentacool Refrigarator double door which is under warranty for ten years Rust Free with ZOP technology but the refrigarator started rusting within a year. several times I complaint to the service centre but nobody entertainted my complain till dated. My service call No is 899809 I don't know what to do everytime I call on 18002095511 service centre no they say this week or next week but nobody is able to give a satisfactory answer now it is more than two months passed so what is the solution to this should I approach the consumer forum?
