Godrej petacool Refrigerator
Defective since purchase

In June I purchased one Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator from M/s. Capital Electronics, Behala, Kolkata.

It is giving troubles repeatedly.

1. Within this short period its timer was changed twice

2. Its both the doors were changed few months back.

3. Few more smallers parts were changed

4. Its running sound has increased too much so that we can not sleep at night

I purchased another Godrej Refrigerator as early as in 1989 (now kept at my Siliguri residence) that is running without any mechanical troble.

I had faith on Godrej appliences but this time I am NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH PERFORMANCE OF THE REFRIGERATOR. PROBABLY I HAVE TO DISPOSE IT OFF WITHOUT FURTHER REPAIRING.

5. On 28th January my wife contacted Mr. Rohit Raj (Regional Manager, South) over phone. He talked rudly and not taken any action or made no further communication.

I, now, request you to take up all necessary steps so that we can use the Refrigerator without any trouble.
