I brought a coffee vending machine (Model No. GV Serial No. - 0000347) last month from Kolkata. I dispensed coffee for the first 10 days then the problem started.

Since then it has broken 5 times and your engineer visit every time and kept on replacing one thing or another on these last visit they change the mother board and assumed that machine will work all right.

but to my misery the machine again stopped working. they are still trying to do the repair.

now my query is that is this the normal phenomena with your machine of so they should have told me before selling.

problem is how long i am going to tolerate this misery. A commercial machine doesn't work properly for even 2 days what is the sense is buying such thing.

til date they have visited 7 times for repair. one mr. subhmay dutta from kolkata assistant manager godrej prima also visited and saw the problem.

i bought this machine going by your reputation of good workmanship but i was wrong.

kindly do me a favour take this machine back. you can keep my money i don't care but i can't bear the agony this machine is giving me.

my patient can wait till i get a better option in the market.

this was the mail i sent to godrej on 1-april but nothing happend. since then every other day i have to call the engineer for fixing it. buit what will happen once the warranty expires.

this is the sorry affair of godrej i donot know why they treat their consumer like this. do they beleive in dumping their porduct, god knows.
