PCB REPAIR

Dear Sir / MAdam,

We had bought Godrej Water Purifier and also the AMC, the rechnician came for AMC and during his servicing he accidently made the controls of the Purifier bad, and the PCB was not working he said that he will return back with the PCB and repair it, but since then he did not turn up to make the machine work.

I would ask the manager sales and Service to plese look into the matter we have complained several time but in vain. My complain No. is 195916.

The servicing of Godrej is bad and it was our bad idea to buy this product.
