Subject: Godrej India (Godrej Referigerator complaint): Our fridge is neither making Ice nor giving cooling resulting spoiling of vegetables and food items kept inside.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is in reference to the non cooling of my refrigerator duly corrected in Oct'2011 by replacing one part but again, after a month, cooling problem started which is communicated to their Customer complain number 2511399063 on 25.11.11.

Such frequent non functioning is reflecting usage of poor standard materials in your product/ non skilled technician who are replacing one part to correct the problem & again after a month complaining about another parts non functioning & thus tarnishing the company reputation & harassing the customer.

Therefore, kindly look into the matter & oblige in getting this corrected.
