Manufacturing defect

I had purchase one Godrej make refrigrator model no GF - 28 (Steel) from M/S NAVRANG AUDIO VIDEO (P) LTD, Regd office D-10, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi and sales office D-60, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi vide Invoice no 2460 dated 10th June by cash.

Sorry to say that said refrigrator was not working properly since the supply. Accordingly time to time it was complained more than 9-10 times. After complaint the service engr. rectify the faults. But after 4-5 months the same problem repeat (Cooling problem) again and again. The last complaint has been lodged (complaint no 879507 dated 30th Dec'09) and rectified it by the service engr.

It seems that it is manufacturing defect and still it is under warranty.

Hence may kindly inquired the facts at your end and requested to kindly replaced by the new one.
