I purchased a refrigerator from Sri surya Marketing Agencies, Ongole-523001, AP 0n 16.5.2008 vide Bill No;H0768.Model No: GDE 23 C 1 (Edge) Unit: S 080400719.

The refrigerator stopped working during December and the mechanic of Sneha Marketing, Mongol (authorized service agency for Godrej) on 23.12.2010.The refrigerator was repaired. He changed the compressor. He collected Rs:1, 400/- from me towards Gas, relay and service charge.

I regret that the refrigerator stopped working today i.e., evenbefore 1month from the date of service. I am not happy withe refrigerator. Please send your sevice engineer or a representative/technician to settle the problem immediately.
