COMMITMENT, THE COMPANY DOES NOT KEEP

The above Fridge which I purchased on 28/10/10 vide application no1332382 through your kolkata salesman amit roy who seems to be a cheat because he does not keep his written commitments on order copy. however the purchased article was delivered after one month the reasons were not known to me. on delivery, while the fridge was to switch on it failed to run, the delivery persons took back the defective article. after 7 days they again delivered a nother article but this time it failed to stand straight. it started tilting.refer the invoice challan where i have commented so. there is no officer or personnel to look the comment. till today the fridge is tilting threating to slide down any time.with an advantage to acusing of extracting charges of money by this excuse.

A company like GODREJ MOVES ON POLICY OF A CYCLE REPAIRNG SHOP ON FOOTPATH.AFTER TRACKING DOWN OF THE COMMITMENT FOR LAST 3 MONTHS I COULD NOT FIND ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. ALL OFFICERS WITH WHOME I COME ACROSS ON THE ISSUE ARE BY NATURE A.CHEAT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS THANKS DR.
