GODREJ REFREGERATOR

Sir,

Myself 70 yrs. old man, purchase a Godrej refregerator model no. GFE31DJ colour-o steel, from Great Eastern Appliences Pvt. Ltd. vide bill no. 934.dated-11.04.2010. Product received on 13.04.2010.On 14.04.2010 company demonstrator Mr Subha Biswas (ph- 9007019453) has come to my house for demonstration. He noticed that the refregerator has in broken condition. On spot he talk to his office and to Jhuma (Great eastern reception). Jhuma told us Great eastern will exchange it within 3 to 4 days. We are making phone call to Jhuma 2 days intervel. But in this connection in spite of my several reminder and request through phone, nobody has turned up to do the needful so far. I and my family suffer a lot. The refregerator remain in packed condition. My question is that in my old age have we done a great mistake to purchase a Godrej refregerator from Great Eastern, Kolkata?
