The complaint lodged on 2nd instant is yet to be attended in spite of repeated remainders of a senior citizen atleast twice a day.the complaint number, the mechanic attended, the names of the call centre persons who promised rectification within 48 hours is on hand.the spoiled vegetables, batter, curd, milk and running to the milk shop every cold morning-the loss is mentally and monitarily is immesurable.the fridge is on AMC till october.kindly arrange to get my AMC amount refunded if they cannot set it right.copy sent to smartcare@godrej.com
