Poor Servicing

Sir,

I have loged a complaint regarding my fridge 180 Ltr single door at custoer service cell on 22.3.2010 No is. 948728. The service engineer visited to my house and told me that the gas was choked and same will be rectified next day. Till date no one is came for servicing.
