I have purchased said product on 12.04.10 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd., P-273, Manicktala Main Road, Kankurgachi,

Kolkata-700054.vide challan no.0095. Company declared gift was Timex watches, which was written on the said challan also. said gift was not given with the product and I have visited thrice after that to collect the same but not received till date. This is sheer harrassment and violation of offer. You are requested to look into the matter and settle the issue at the earliest with an intimation to the undersigned.
