Cooling Problem

I have Godrej Refrigerator (Model: GDP-195 TV5.).

(SL.NO-1006223402)

There was cooling problem in my fridge. The first complaint which I made to Godrej Service Centre (Toll Free No. 1800225511) was on 25/06 . Since then I am struggling to resolve this problem.

Technitions says I have to changed my Compressor. But still now (18/07) they seys that we have no compressor as godrej company did not supply properly .. that's why customer faccing problem very much.

So, I want to know why customer faccing problem for a long time.
