Cooling problem and poor customercare response

We have a refrigerator modelGF23 (S.F.) having 210 ltr.capacity. It was purchased on 7.7.2004. We faced the first problem within a year and got it repaired. After that we did an AMC which is continuing since 17.6.2009 with AMC No. U/198/8.We have paid Rs.2669 and till now no body has turnedup for the service. Name of the canvasser for the same is B.Biswal. We are facing a problem in cooling since last four months and trying the custermor care no for lodging a complaint. But after repeated trial nobody is picking up the phone till date. Brand name GODREJ has lost all its value now. Also poor service and product quality will gradually take away the market from it very soon if proper action is not taken in due time.

Hope you will look into the matter seriously, orelse we have to approach the legal dept.
