Godrej Refrigerator
Not working since a long time

Hi,

I purchase one Godrej refrigerator on March. But it is not getting cool. I complained several times about same issue But they just resolve the issue for few days. At the time of purchase, they gave me warrantee of Godrej refrigerator till 5 years. But today I am facing the problem and i called Godrej refrigerator customer care. They said we charging for Rs. - for gas refiling visiting charges. I don't understand meaning of warrantee. If i have to pay for everything, what is use of warrantee?

I will highly appreciate you, if you can resolve the issue ASAP. because i am suffering a lot. Please suggest me for the same. waiting for your positive response.
