Cooling problem

I have purchased known as Best Quality Godrej Refrigerator on last year... which is completed one year on last month... In that one year two time I had get problem of cooling. The person comes from company & he made some service & cleared problem. He told me that there is a problem was voltage so after proper installation of Stabilizer I solved that problem. Then my freeze was working but not properly & consistently. since last week the compressor of my freeze working properly but freeze still not cooling..If there is a voltage problem then I don know Lac of peoples having freezes there but nobody having complaint then why only for me? A person who is coming for service he knows in particular area there is voltage problem so he always saying same. I don't know when compressor is working, relay is doing job but its not cooling... can somebody give me proper guideline?
