Godrej Refrigerator
Problem occuring in refrigerator due to which it it has stopped functioning

Sir,

we had purchased a refrigerator from godrej company. Now a major problem has occured in it due to which it has stopped functioning from the past 1 week. this has caused immense trouble. We have already filed a complaint in the customer care several times but no one has reverted yet. Godrej is a reputed company and such neglegence towards the grieviences of the customer is not appreciable on the companies part. We have tried contacting M/S. GUNJAN ELECTRONICS, but have recieved no response to our calls. We would like to request u to kindly look in to the matter and resolve this issue urgently.
