Cooling problem

We purchased refrigerator on 29th june from NEXT RETAIL SHOP FEROZPUR ROAD LUDHIANA VIDE BILL NO. 041005 FOR 14500 RUPEES.After ten days it was informed to the dealer that cooling is not taking place. Technician was sent by service centre thrice but nothing satisfactory work was done. Now again techinician visited and told us gas needs to be filled and asking money as warranty period has expired.

I talked to dealer and Mr. Surinder Incharge of service center who are not at all taking any responsibility for the delay WHICH TOOK PLACE DUE TO DEALER AS WELL AS TECHNICIAN SENT BY SERVICE CENTER WHO COULD NOT IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM.Even if we pay money and get the gas filled the service centre is giving garantee of three months only It means after every three months we have to get the gas filled.

I request you get it replaced and provide us same trust in Godrej brand which was in us when we had purchased it.
