Godrej Refrigerator
New refrigerator not working properly

This is to bring to your notice that I purchased Godrej redrigerator from Star Electronics, Vasai on 19/8/10, model number of which is GPD195 PentacoolMR & serial number is 1006151045.I had also given my old refrigerator in exchange and had also paid 10000 rupees for the fridge. Within two days from date of purchase, water started leaking from fridge door which proves that I was given a defective fridge. After 3 months all the gas of the fridege got exhausted and all the items in fridge got spoilt. Then your serviceman came and filled it with gas. He said to buy stabilizer which cost me Rs 1950.The refrigerator is in warranty period and he should not have charged me for Stabilizer. I belong to lower middle class group and I cant afford these extra expenses. I feel you should refund Rs.1950 rs. as the frige is in warranty period. If stabilizer is compulsory then you should tell buyer at the time of selling your fridge so that he will buy it along with the fridge. Bill no.-173.
