Delay in attending the complaint

Regarding deliquency in service delivery by service centre Ranchi

Dear Sir,

I have made a complain in 2nd April for repairing my Godrej Refrigerator. But still date no response has been made by the service centre till date.

I am really surpirsed of the service accounbtability of such a renouned company. Please do the needful to get the referigerator repaired at the earliest.

The referigerator has been purchased by me on Oct from Kamalia Sons, Ranchi.
