New refrigerator with problem

I Prashant Shah had bought a refrgerator from M/s. Bhavani Sales Corporation, Jamnagar, Gujarat on 19/03 via incovice no. 3941.

Model No: GFE 26B1 Maxiconred

Unit Sr. No: 090400526

Since purchase we are finding the problems which are:

1. Ice formation happens on one side (i.e. left side only) from freezer.

2. Due to above excess amount of ice is getting formed on oneside and hence freezer door is not getting closed.

3. Defrost is not happening through the switch.

4. To avoid excessive ice formation (eading not able to close the freezer door), your servicemen gave one instruction that you have to switch off the refrigerator from main switch.

5. Once we do that the whole ice converts in to water and the tray below freezer get totally filled with it. Some amount of water goes directly in to the things kept in refrigerator such as milk, curd, vegitation etc.

6. Due to moister fungicides start growing in this rainy season specifically and food poisoning starts.

To address above problem since beginning, we have registered following complaints in last 10 months:
