Godrej Refrigerator
DE FROST PROBLEM

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one godrej referigerator on 26th April from Vijay Sales, Ahmedabad. I have lodged a complaint on 16.06.2011 for problem of defrosting. I have been told that technician will visit within two or three days. But nobody has come. I have called again on 19.06. then same answer has received. After many requests, our problem has not sort out. I want to say that I have purchased godrej producs due to reputation, belief and good service. I was also dealer of godrej refrigerator in Hodal (Distt. Faridabad) of Haryana state. Our firm name was OM AUTOMOBILES, OLD G.T. ROAD, HODAL-121106. I think that company is loosing his reputation.
