SERVICE AGENTS ARE FRAUD

Purchased a fridge 3 yrs before with extended 5 yrs warranty.

I made a service request for the complaint in Inner ice tray damage, couple days before (10th Mar). Service executive came today, asking 3800 rupees to replace the complete unit.

I got a doubt and call to his boss Rajagopal (Service Agent), He said that it is the charge for extended warranty for two years and the amount to replace that damaged part :)

Though 5 yrs of warranty is not completed, he was asking for the one more warranty charge.!!!

In the universe Godrej is the one and only company asking two AMC charges for the same period.

At top of it, he was cornering as to pay inspection charges 250. Got the 250 Rs and flee.
