This product is a failure. and i've complained to godrej many many times

Hi i am anshul agarwal . here i am giving detail;i have purchased godrej refrigerator edge23c2 dazzle blue 090562869 model on 10/07/09 from pooran chand&co. sanjay place agra, for Rs. 1- this product is a failure. and i've complained to godrej many many times. it just stops cooling and then i've already got it repaired 3 times. the problem persists.. the cooling level just goes down . godrej guy came and he told me one part of the ref. will have to be changed it will cost Rs. 2535/- i paid him i have the receipt. after one day again the same problem. so again i complained this time he changed the part free of charge but again and again same problem i'v had to face then i came to know that this is failure product of godrej co, godrej refrigerator so i wrote to godrej co. its warrenty period also start from the date of delivery .the date of delivery is 10/07 .i have challan as a proof. But now again my ref. is not working from 30/05 again godrej service center just to see what is the problem. i have paid total Rs. 2535/-as repairs for this fridge.
