SUB. Freeze complain is not solved.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Godrej freeze form Gandhinagar-Gujarat, My Invoice No.881/93056576, dt. 5/2 Customer code.30089A.We are facing some problem in cooling system, it is not working properly so ICE is not making. According to this problem we have registered complain on Toll Free number on dt.22/7, 15/4 17/4 & 19/4. After that local complain centre service man had attended the complain on several frequent time and changed some parts also but problem still continues. We request to you replace my freeze immediately and provide to new freeze on urgent basis because summer is going on and we are facing difficulty in our routing things. Kind for your information we will going for Grahak Surksha consumer forum for better Justice. Before that I will some acceptation form you for better service & solution.
