I have godrej refrigirator model GDA23ESE single door 215lt. which was bought on 31-10 (compressor still in warranty period) from Raj Musico Sadar Bazar Agra Cantt against the bill no 21035 . We painfully inform you that within a period of a month its thermostste got problemafter vigrous follow up it was rectified by your above dealer. Then again after period of 9-10 months we found it's door started cracking, then again after our vigrous follow up it was replaced by your dealer within the period of 24 months its compressor started giving problem & stopped cooling. We shifted to faridabad & complaint to your service centre M/S Perfect Service & spares faridabad it was told by them to us that it needs gas recharge for which he charged Rs 950 /- as his services & gas charges. Then again after a period of 1 year the same problem was repeated regarding the compressor & we again paid Rs 950/- to the same service centre on 21-10 .Sir now again this problem has been repeated after period of 6-7 months. We are shocked & frustrated both financially & mentally where we should go to express our grievience as a leading company of repute is giving such a inferior quality product as in future we have to switch over to another brand. We are in doubt that we have been given defective peace which should be replaced immidieatley by the manufracturer & also we are worried that we are having a five year warranty on the compressor which is going to expire in a very short time 30-10 if this is not rectified in this stipulated period company manufacturer will wash off his hands .plz look intothe matter the earliest. :-)
