Corroded doors

Dear Sir,

I bought a Godrej make Eon Series Refrigerator (GFE 26 DY SF) from an authorised dealer of Godrej M/S S N Bannerjee & Sons in the town of Jagiroad, Assam, on 25.04.2008. The product has a warranty of ten years for its body. However, the doors of thje refrigerator has started corroding since few months back. Same was conveyed to the dealer about two months back but to no avail as any one from the dealer or the manufacturer is yet to attend to the problem.

Hence, you are requested to take appropriate measure for redressal.
