Refer our series of communication commencisng from the year 2005 and your perpetual consolation and diagnosis during the year 2006 by replacisng the compressor and other related parts and Gas problem as well. It is well established that the inferior quality of parts have been used for manufacturing a defective product and sold for the greatest disadvantage of the consumer. Also please refer Mr. Siddarth Goswami letter dated 30.09.2005 assuring for accomodation thereafter.

With the passage of time, once again the cooling problem recurred spoiling all the items stored in the refrigerator for which the company and the dealer who sold the product are joint and severally liable not only for the damages but for the replacement of the product. The franchise's representative who visited my house spotted for compressor which shall cost my pocket.

Keeping in view the promissory communications, it is important that the work is executed free of cost.
