BURNT CASE

I sold a refrigerator on 17-10-08 But that refrigerator got burnt due to some manufacturing defect. Company admitted and told the customer they will replace it. I lodge complain on 08-03-10 No 227020.But still to date nothing reported by company. Only they visited inspected and told that fridge will be replaced shortly. But nothing done. I talked with the c care several times but they gave fake information repeatedly. C Care gave me a MO NO 9830983388 of Mr Nagar. I phoned him but he told me as I make some crime by making a phone call. He is posted in such high level he will not attend the phone of customer for this type of case.
