Godrej refrigirator
Not cooling, door problem & other problem

I had purchased eon godrej fridge on 05/01, after 6 to 8 month trouble was started. No coolig in the fridge. After comlaing to the seller they asked to contact service center.i had contaced them but no satisfactory response received from them. After repeated compliant by me & the seller the person from service center came & told that so many problems are there. Then I told that i will compliant in consumer forum they came & took the door & after moer than 15 days the door was changed. In the mean time fridge was without door & the service center person was not aware of the probem .again before 15 days the cooling problem was started.again after complaing tha godrej service centre they came said that the prblem is in compressor & they charged Rs 700/- for gas filling & 350/- for service charges although the guarentee ot compressor is of 5 years, but unfortunately the problem remains the same cooling is not effective & after 24 hours ice is not set.my complaint register by godreg is 716140.I request that r to replace the fridge so that problem is solved
