Poor Service Poor Quality of Products

I purchased a GODREJ semi automatic washing machine model GDS 950 on 17.8.2010. It is not working properly since very beginning. The waste water outlet from spin dryer goes to wash tub instead of going out of the machine which raises the level of wash tub abruptly. I made a complaint vide no. 425104 dated 24.8.2010 and also talked to customer care executives several times but no one from the company came to repair the machine till date. I feel that I am cheated by the company. Company is selling defective products and not providing after sale service.
