Tecnician Demand extra Money

I had purchased a semi auto washing machine on 12/2 with 2 years warranty. I had facing more problem from its service. There is many problem in the product from the very beginning. I lodge a complaint vide complaint no. 142093 dated 11/4, for not working of washing machine, technician came & demand extra money of Rs. 200/= for replacement of gearbox. I refused to pay his unauthorised charges, he said (Bahar Se Repair Karwalo Aapko Pataa Lag Jayega kitna kharcha ayega aur Kahkar chala gaya). Next day on 13/4 your company send the SMS on my mobile (that service complaint no. 142093 is completed, thanking you).

I request you to taken action against the concerned technician who demanded extra money & also taken action against the person send me a Wrong SMS, to avoid defamation of Godrej.
