Godrej Washing Machine GWS7202 not working properly

Sub: Godrej Complaint of Washing Machine Model No. GWS7202 Purchase from TMC A.S.Rao Nagar, Hyderabad. Ph 27133555/666/777. dt.16th Oct Serial Number: EP68, Invoice num : 284

With reference to above mentioned subject matter I wish to inform you that the above said machine was purchased on dt.16th Oct Model No. GWS7202 With a warranty of 2 years. After 1 month of purchase the machine started giving problems like burn of spin motor again, If you go through the complaint of the said machine you will get more then 20 complaints (if the CCE raised the complaint) within the period of 1 year, I requested customer care to solve the problem and they sent their service engineer after 1 week, he solved the problem and again we faced the same problem after 2days, I once again gave a complaint and they sent same service engineer and he told that it need servicing and need to take to service center for which they charged 400 for transport instead of free service. And I have been said that for servicing it will take one week but we got our washing machine back only after 15days, after repeatedly calling service center no of times they finally delivered the machine after 15days. Since then after every 1 or 2 months we face same problem. The last complaint I gave in the month of July and from the last 3days (i.e. 5th Oct) it stopped working completely.

I got fedup of calling customer care center and giving complaints and followup up every day and requesting them to resolve the problem. So I personally request that please replace the machine or resolve the issue permanently. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter personally and resolve the issue ASAP.
