Godrej Service Center
One month and the complaint is not resolved for which i have been charged 450 Rs as visiting charges

Initial complaint number 631155 which was made on 30th April was kept unattended and on making the call second complaint was made on 24th May which was attended on 27th may. for the same visiting charges were taken as Rs 450/- and an addition charges for Rs 2450 was indicated for Gas leakage problem for which i had agreed. The same was suppose to be picked up by them for the Gas charging.

Today what is the point when the service charges are been charged and the Godrej Service center fails to deliver the desired service levels.

It is not only unnecessary charges charged by the service center but also the waste of valuable time making calls repeatedly.
