Godrej single door refrigerator
Cooling not occuring

Call # 664874 logged on 08.06.11. After repeated request to service centre over phone# 0657-2347140 technician visited my home & checked the faulty refrigerator, found its compressor is not working. After that no action taken. I made many times contact with service centre & Mr Sanjay (9576679548). They are only giving assurance of problem solving within two days. Today I made contact with Mr Aian (8051237117).

I am feeling being cheated by the service provided by godrej smartcare.
