Poor Maintenance

On 5-5 I paid rs.2316/- towards 2year service contract for maintenance of the refrigerator with godrej smart care. During the contract period nobody attended for maintainance. Again on 28-08 the said company sales representative Mr. Siva (cell no:8019705828) assured good service and put Vinod (BDM) on the line and assured my grievance of maintenance will be taken care provided if the same is renewed for another period of two years. Basing up on the assurance given by them I paid rs.2032/- on 28-08 renewing the contract for another period of two years. After payment I requested so many times to Mr. Siva to take care of the maintainace as promised but till today nobody has turned up. In the light of the above I request you to refund the amount paid by me as I lost confidence on such a reputated organization.
