Parts of washing machine r not replaced by the company

my self is jalpa desai from ahmedabad, gujarat. v r having all appliances of godrej... from T.V. to microwave to refrigerator to washingmachine. and v are satisfied with all ur products n services till date...

i have a godrej washing machine since last 4 yrs. Before 2 weeks ago its inner side washing tub has got cracked n the dryer is also not working. i made a complain so a guy came n checked it n told to replace the belt of the machine. he said to replace the washing tub in 3-4 days.

Now it has been 15 days but there is no replacement done. our complain number is 825209. i also contact a person named Mr. Mukesh with cell no-9227671602 but he too keeps on delaying in sending the tub. i daily call at the callcenter n to Mr Mukesh for reminder but they say there is shortage of the tub. please go through in detail for our complain n make it do as early as possible...
