Godrej split ac
Complain about product but no response

I had purchase godrej split ac at 02-04 from manglam electronic-n- appliances.

Last month 25-04 its stop cooling i called to there care center they register my complain { my complaint no: is 802128} and send some there worker within two days after that they came see the problem and said there is fault in compressor and it would be changed its take 7 days but till now there is no action taken from them i called twice there but nobody tell about what is going on so please help us
