Service man not attending after several time request

I have purchased one 1ton spilit AC on 14.09.09. As per purchase detail the same is under warranty for 1year i.e. upto 13.09.10.

Now on 05.04.10, I have lodge a complaint at godrej customer care centre for services. Customer care officer committed that technician will visit within 24Hrs. After substantial communication with customer care, on after 3days i.e. 08.04.10 technician visited my house and he found that there are shortage of GAS in cylinder, accordingly he committed that on the same day or very next day gas filling team will visit my house. Even after 3 days, technician yet to visit.
