Newly purchaged AC defective, no repair/replacement despite repeated complaints

I purchased a new split AC on 16/4 from sargam electronics pitampura delhi and was lured to buy godrej brand by salesman despite my reservations. they took more than 24 hrs to install and charged 2250/- despite promising free installation by company. Ever since installation Ac started making noise the samen day. After repeated complaints to service centre, engineers came to repair the set. The problem persisted and even 5 days after the purchase my AC is in the samen condition. Neither godrej service centre nor the dealer is answering our request to repair or replace the set. Even customer care executives of godrej did not answer to our sms request.
