Did n't get AMC documents

Dear Sir/Madam

As i've paid Rs 4000/- towards extending my guarentee period for further 4 years to Godrej Split AC

on 29-07-10 My contract no is 0607100076.Till today i didn't receive my documents eventhough i'm

contacting customercare continuously .i'm fedup with their service .kindly do the needful.
