Leakage of water fom inside unit

Whenever the AC is put on cooling mode, water starts leaking from inside unit. Several times I record complain but no advantage. Once in my absence a mechanic did turn up and said that there is no proper slope in the drainage pipe. But the fact is that even a myopic person can say it has got proper slope. Once again I tried. Complain no.191949 was given but no one turned up.
