Complain not attended yet

Already two days passed the complain was lodged for split ac not cooling but nobody yet attended the call. When i call customer care they are saying the call will be attended very soon. When enquired about the TAT, they say 24hrs..but it is already 48hrs passed. Now tell me when my call will be attended and if this is the after sale service being provided to the customer then customers should get aware about this fact.
