Godrej washing machine
Mismatched trolley supplied

I purchased a semi-automatic washing machine from Godrej on 27.12.2009. Though from call centre it was promised that the demo will be given on 02.01. they failed and the same had been given on 04.01.2010 after so many follow ups.

The demo was given by Mr. S.S. Ghosh (9230086097) of M/s Rita Refrigeration Works, AB-22, Prafulla Kanan, Kestopur, Kolkata.

At the time of Demo he offered me for a trolley for the machine to move inside the home against Rs. 750/- Then I agreed and paid the amount in full. He confirmed me to deliver the same within 10 days. But finally I received the material on 29.01.2010 i.e. after 25 days! Here is not the end of my misery. After reaching home at night on the same day I discovered the machine is tilting on the trolley, it is not fitting with the trolley.

Since then I am trying to communicate with Mr. Ghosh, but he is not receiving even a single call. The phone no. of M/s Rita Refrigeration Works (033 64560064) is also switched off.

Please help me.
