Regarding Washing Machine's Fault

I purchaged a 6.5 Kgs Godrej Washing machine from M/S HIM ELECTRONIC VPO & Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu (Himachal Pradesh)-Pin code No-172023 on January. Its fan belt discards from its position during start the machine. I have lodged the complaint in godrej customer care centre for the same. The complaint was attended by the Godrej Engineer and declared that the fan belt is loose which required to be replaced due to non availability of the new belt the complaint attended again after one month with new belt provided by the godrej same engineer and after replacement the problem is as it is. therefore it is requested that the Engineer/ Mechanic may be deputed again to early restoration please.
