Spinner (dryer) is not working

I have purchased a washing machine (Model GDS 950) from our nearest dealer Quick Enterprises, Rampur dated 23.01.09. After normal working, its inner parts of spinner lid started to give problems in the month of November'09. The local machenic of the company visited us after one month on regular reminder, where he stated that the spinning lid is needed to be changed. since then, neither person has visited to us despite several reminders twice a week.

Please do a needful action to avoid the negative thinking.
