This is to inform you that I am "AANCHAL AGGARWAL" from C-4/15, Sector -11, Rohini, has taken a Fully Automatic washing machine with DEC Technology from your Pitampura, North delhi. I think two month are not complety passed..But the machine was stop woking on 23/9/10. We have booked a complaint no. 443067 on 24/9/10. An engineer come to our house next day & told us that it has some problem in part & same problem will be sort out in next 2 or 3 days. Now u can more than 10 days are passed..but still no action is taken..I talked no. of times in u r customer care..But its still pending..only goof-up are entertain despite of solution... I really fed up with u r worthless services..
