Godrej washing machine
Company is out of parts to replace my machne under warranty

I have lodge a complaint with godrej smart care (Godrej Industries) on Saturday 2 Oct having complaint number 135368.

The problem is not being solved yet and when contacted Godrej the only answer i got is they are running out of stock of parts.

They are sending my Anand (technician) daily since them at my place and he lands up having some or other problem while repairing my machine.

I also made an attempt to talk with Mr. Parmar but he was unavailable.

In fact Miss Archana was not able to justify the situation.

This has being a frustration act and the people on other side are not concerned.

I make a humble request to the authority to take the necessary action before this loyal customer turns into J customer.
